The course welcomes anyone interested in implementing dietary, cooking and lifestyle changes in a healthier more balanced direction. It delivers practical-knowledge on the macrobiotic approach to wellness.

Theory

We begin by objectively examining the modern diet we consume on a daily basis, sharing new insights along the way. We expand our perspective to consider the quality and nutritional value of food, as well as how it relates to our overall lifestyle. We also explore the principles of Macrobiotics, which are rooted in the Eastern philosophy of yin and yang. In today’s interconnected world, we aim to develop a broad perspective and acquire the optimal dietary methods suited to our individual needs. In summary, we delve into the symptoms of common health issues that many people face in their daily lives.

Cooking

Cooking is a core practical aspect of the Level1 that complements well with the theory. Our cooking classes are very informative and focus on helping you succeed eating well and experience by yourself the benefits of a macrobiotic style whole food plant-based diet. We want to share with you our many years of cooking experience, assist you improve your skills and discover new possibilities for cooking with wholesome natural foods. Our method emphasizes how to make your cooking healthier, more balanced and delicious.
